COMMUNICATION

By the early 1990s, the actions of HELP Congo sparked much media interest, particularly in France; resulting in many reports and articles.
Through the creation of HELP International, communication outside the Republic of Congo has increased, both for the general public and the scientific community. Two films have been made on this project, one in 1999 and the other in 2001; their wide distribution has bettered the public awareness of our work. More recently, in 2013 FL Concept made a film about chimpanzees, their diseases, and persons in daily life: Planet Chimpanzee.
Both films are available on DVD in our shop.

Aside from media related activities, the members of HELP International undertake various other actions :

The first step in 2009, with the birth of the Ekhilibres platform. Gathering Kalaweit Ikamaperou, HELP.

Entertainment booths and conferences, particularly within our project zoo partners.

Organization of events: 2005, a gala with former St Etienne, Clermont Ferrand. 2006, organization with Kalaweit association of exposure to Contact'Art gallery Street July 29 in Paris (Tuileries metro).

Presentations at schools (drawing competition, for example).

Development of community life to increase the number of our members and better inform and involve them in our activities.

One of our main course of action in the future will be to develop partnerships with Francophone associations ; working in favor of primates together, to be stronger !

Since 2011, our efforts have intensified, conferences in universities, museums, bookstores, but also entertainment for children in schools, photo exhibits, and charity concerts. ... So many ways to promote HELP Congo !
